Specialised & OT-Led: To offer the highest level of care, our classes are led by a qualified Occupational Therapist. Sessions are intentionally kept small to provide personalised, sensory-rich developmental play tailored to your baby's unique growth.
Immersive Sensory Exploration: Babies learn about the world through their senses. Our classes offer rich, tactile experiences—including purposeful messy play and varied textures—that stimulate curiosity, ignite brain development, and help your little one learn to process and regulate sensory information safely.
Foundational Feeding Skills: We focus on more than just play; our specialised sessions incorporate expert insights into early oral exploration and developmental milestones, gently guiding you and your baby through the critical building blocks of foundational feeding skills.
Supporting Early Communication: Long before first words are spoken, babies communicate through touch, expression, and movement. Our OT-guided activities are mindfully curated to nurture and strengthen these emerging connections, helping you tune into your baby's unique voice.
Gross & Fine Motor Mastery: Every week features a new developmental theme supported by sensory equipment and toys. These purposeful setups are designed to safely challenge and boost your baby’s coordination, core strength, and fine motor precision, while enhancing their motor planning skills as they learn to navigate and move through new spaces with confidence.
Guidance & Empowerment for Mums: This space is as much for you as it is for your baby. Alongside a supportive community of fellow Mums, you will receive personalised, expert guidance on how to better understand, read, and respond to your little one's sensory cues and developmental needs.
